Carling Sia leads branding and marketing for Peak3 across all global regions. She is focused on building Peak3's global brand across channels and touch points, closely collaborating with key industry associations and networks.

Prior to joining Peak3, Carling has worked with diverse technology-forward insurers. She now drives lead generation, marketing campaigns, channel communications, partnerships, and events to drive the global recognition of Peak3.

Carling is a designer by heart and training. She holds degrees in industrial and product design.
