Frank Chen

Frank Chen leads global operations of Peak3. He is responsible for all client project implementations — with a particular focus on EMEA and Japan, as well as Life insurance projects.

Frank has over 20 years of experience in insurance core system implementations, having led dozens of implementations across APAC and EMEA for both Life and P&C insurers. Prior to joining Peak3, he has worked with another core system vendor in diverse roles.

Frank holds a Bachelor's in Literature and English.
