Lucas has diverse experience in technology and insurance. Prior to joining Peak3, he has worked with Capgemini and Advents on large-scale transformation projects.
He has a keen interest in sustainability and leads ESG and sustainability initiatives across Peak3.
Lucas holds bachelor's and master's degrees in different business and management disciplines.
