With over 8 years of professional experience, Zena specializes in end-to-end requirement analysis and system implementation for global insurance platforms. She acts as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams and regional operations to optimize business workflows.

Zena holds a Master’s degree in Management and Accounting from the University of Melbourne.
